Our Story
Superior Cleaning Solutions LLC was founded by Carlos Andrade on a principle that turned into our motto: a superior clean, every visit. Not the first visit, not the visit after a complaint — every visit. Nearly all of our accounts still come from a manager who hired us before, or from someone they told about us.
What makes us different is boring and it matters: the same crew cleans your building every visit, working from a written scope that says what gets done, where, and how often. Cleaning companies rarely lose accounts over one bad night. They lose them because standards slip quietly over months, and nobody could point at a document that said otherwise. We give you that document, and a supervisor who inspects against it.
From our home base in River Forest we serve Cook, DuPage, and Will County — offices, medical suites, warehouses, schools, and retail. We clean for Chicago conditions, which mostly means planning around five months of salt, slush, and grit being walked through every entrance you own. And we work with our clients in both English and Spanish, from the first walkthrough onward.
