The Work We Do
Photos of recent jobs are being collected now. Until they're up, here's exactly what each type of job involves and the standard we hold it to — the same scope we put in writing before a crew ever sets foot in your building.
Commercial Cleaning
Nightly, weekly & scheduled janitorial service
Recurring janitorial service for offices, medical suites, warehouses, schools, and retail space across Chicagoland. We work to a written scope — what gets cleaned, how often, and by whom — so you know exactly what you're paying for instead of hoping it got done. Most accounts are cleaned after hours, so your staff arrives to a finished building rather than working around a cart.
- Walkthrough: We walk the building with you and measure the real cleanable square footage.
- Written Scope: You get a task list by area and frequency — priced with no surprises.
- Crew Assigned: The same trained, insured crew works your building, not a rotating pool.
- Inspections: A supervisor inspects on a schedule, and you have one number to call.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Hot water extraction & low-moisture encapsulation
Commercial carpet takes a beating in Chicago — road salt, slush, and grit get walked in from November straight through April, and that grit is what actually wears the fibre out. We extract it. Hot water extraction for a deep restorative clean, or low-moisture encapsulation when the space has to be back in use in a couple of hours.
- Inspect & Test: We identify the fibre and test a hidden area before anything gets wet.
- Pre-Treat: Traffic lanes and spots are pre-sprayed and agitated so soil releases.
- Extract: Truck-mount or portable extraction pulls the soil and the moisture back out.
- Groom & Dry: Pile is groomed and air movers set, so the space is usable the same day.
Hard Floor Care
Strip, wax, buff, scrub & tile restoration
Hard floor maintenance for VCT, tile, concrete, and finished hardwood. Stripping and refinishing, scrub-and-recoat, high-speed burnishing, and grout restoration. A floor that gets recoated on a schedule stays glossy for years; a floor that only gets stripped when it looks bad has already lost finish that costs far more to rebuild than to maintain.
- Assess Finish: We check how much finish is left, which decides recoat versus full strip.
- Prep & Protect: Furniture moved, baseboards masked, and the area signed and closed off.
- Strip or Scrub: Old finish removed or scrubbed back, then rinsed and neutralized.
- Coat & Burnish: Fresh coats laid down, cured, and burnished to an even gloss.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Rough, final & punch-list clean for handover
Construction dust is not ordinary dust. Drywall fines settle for days, get into every track and reveal, and reappear on a surface you already wiped — which is why a one-pass clean never holds. We work the standard three phases: rough clean after trades leave, final clean before handover, and a touch-up after the punch list closes.
- Rough Clean: Debris out and heavy dust down once the trades are finished.
- Final Clean: Every surface, fixture, and pane detailed for the walkthrough.
- Punch List: We return after the punch list to clear whatever the fixes left behind.
- Handover: The space is turned over occupancy-ready, on the date you committed to.
